SACAIM has structures and rules to ensure effective corporate governance, risk management and control both in each company of the Group and within the organization as a whole.

The Board of Directors provides strategic direction, Group structure, organization and all key decisions. The Board of Directors is invested with the full powers of ordinary and extraordinary administration of the company and can carry out all the deeds deemed appropriate for the implementation of the activities that constitute the corporate purpose or that can be used by it, within the statutory limits established by the legislation applicable.
