Sacaim consolidates its presence in Cortina d’Ampezzo by signing a contract with Red Circle, Renzo Rosso’s real estate investment company, for the renovation of the historic Hotel Ancora in Corso Italia. The project consists of structural refitting, renovation of systems and interior finishes will present very high standards of quality and architectural merit, in full respect of the Ampezzo basin landscape. The restoration will begin in July 2022 and will continue for the next two years.
This entrustment confirms the strong vocation of Sacaim and Gruppo de Eccher to excellence in Italy and abroad in the luxury hotels&resorts sector on behalf of prestigious clients investing in the main Italian destinations.
