Palazzo Mandelli

Sacaim SpA has been awarded the restoration of the prestigious Palazzo Mandelli (formerly Memmo Martinengo) in Venice, a building of high historical value located in Cannaregio district, overlooking the Grand Canal next to the Church of San Marcuola.

Built during the 18th century and renovated in the following century, it was the home of Andrea Memmo, elected procurator of San Marco in 1775. In the last century, the building has housed the District Office of Direct Taxes, the Regional Revenue Office and the Court of Auditors.

On behalf of the Italian State Property Agency, Sacaim will undertake the works aimed at seismic improvement/adaptation, energy efficiency, functional recovery and restoration of the building, which will house other important public functions, for a value of about 8 million euros and 2 years of work.
