Description

The project fits into a modern urban context, reinterpreting the essence of Venice with a contemporary architectural style. While detached from the city’s historic architecture, the building dialogues harmoniously with its surroundings thanks to materials inspired by Venetian tradition.
The hotel has three above-ground floors and a large 5,200-square-meter semi-basement used as a garage. It houses 324 rooms, a bright breakfast room, a refined lobby and cozy common areas on the ground floor. A fully glazed side opens onto the inner courtyard, while the green roof provides a touch of nature and enhances the view of the interiors.
This intervention contributes to the transformation and enhancement of a changing area, creating a new landmark for hospitality in Venice.
