Description

The complex consists of two harmoniously integrated buildings. The first, Main Building, faces Corso Italia and is the heart of the facility. The second, with a smaller volume, is the Chalet or Dependance, located immediately north of the Main Building.

The project transforms these spaces into a single, elegant hotel structure with 35 rooms, connected by a splendid panoramic terrace that joins the two buildings. The Main Building houses, in addition to the rooms, the reception, restaurant and bar, while the Chalet offers an exclusive wellness area with SPA, gym and the Brave Club, creating a perfect balance between relaxation and entertainment.

A project that required meticulous attention to every detail, the refurbishment of systems and interior finishes, and that Sacaim carried out with the usual standard of excellence that distinguishes Gruppo de Eccher.
