TRAINING COURSES AND MASTERS

Rizzani de Eccher has always considered training to be of the utmost importance for the development of its personnel.

Our assets are people, whose individual skills, abilities and professionalism are developed and enhanced through targeted training and development courses, both through “Internal Academies” and through inter-company classroom experiences.

Postgraduate Masters, participation in Career Days and continuous contacts with universities, from which the numerous internship and training opportunities offered by the Group derive, allow young people to get to know and appreciate our work and our reality up close.

 

 

TRAINING

In recent years, the Group has undertaken important initiatives for the training of its internal and external technical-specialists and for the implementation of training plans for all personnel and in particular recent graduates and diploma holders.

In terms of managerial training, specific training courses have been activated for the first line of the company, aimed at developing skills relating to communication, leadership, risk management, people management and commercial management.

Specific training courses have been activated with internal staff and external bodies and great effort has been dedicated to developing careers within the organisation, with the following objectives: developing advanced and transversal skills and stimulating the skills and potential of its employees , so that they can fully achieve their career goals.

MASTER PROGRAM

The Master, organized with the Universities of Udine and Trieste has totaled twelve editions and aims to train professionals, in the fields of architecture, engineering, economics and law, and prepare them to participate in the construction of important projects .

The program includes lectures, seminars and practical-application activities hosted both at the University offices and at the Rizzani de Eccher office, while the teaching staff involves university professors and construction industry professionals, including Group executives and middle managers, who provide direct evidence

The second part of the program involves an on-site internship experience, engaging students in all the different phases of a construction project and immersing them in the working environment.

So far, the course has trained around 150 project managers, who, after internships in Italian and foreign construction sites, have all immediately found employment in various positions in prestigious companies in the sector.

GRADUATE PROGRAM

The Graduate Program was launched in 2020 in collaboration with the FVG region. This training course is aimed at recent graduates, with the aim of strengthening the Group’s ability to attract young talent in the area and to develop training aimed at bringing them closer to the Group’s activities, providing classroom training, job rotation and final internship. These internships also guarantee involvement in all phases of the projects and allow students to integrate with the work environment and absorb the Group’s vision and values.
