Description

Since its foundation in 1750, the Accademia has purchased works of art for restoration and for educational purposes. To date, the museum houses the richest collection of Venetian and Veneto paintings belonging to a period of time of four hundred years (14th-18th century).

The works carried out involved the structural consolidation of the Gallerie, the execution of a cooling and heating system, the restoration of the stone, wooden and decorated surfaces, new flooring and the refurbishment of the roofs.
